CTA Exteriors & CTA Roofing: two unique business sectors, all under one roof. While commercial business owners & homeowners may have different project requirements, they share the same basic need — to be treated fairly & personally. And it takes a unique business to be able to serve both. CTA Roofing specializes in commercial and flat roofing, while CTA Exteriors is the residential, steep slope, & exterior expert. Both businesses are operated by the same leadership and offer personable teams with decades of industry experience .
Mark Cribb started CTA in 1999 as a small business operated out of his own home. He quickly built his reputation as the go-to contractor for commercial property owners. From day one, Mark raised his son Coty to understand the ins and outs of the roofing industry. So, it was no surprise when he decided to join the family business officially as a project manager in 2008. Coty is excited to be following in his father’s footsteps, keeping the heart of CTA’s small family business values the same, while bringing fresh perspective.
Under Coty’s leadership & Mark’s continued mentorship, the business has grown to be Delaware’s top choice for both commercial and residential roofing. One thing is for sure: you are in the right hands!
